hazel anderson turner, PCC, associate coach

Hazel is a Certified Business Psychologist and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.  She has 17 years experience in Organisational and Leadership Development, including being the Head of Workforce Development for Hampshire Constabulary, Fire & Rescue and County Council, where she developed a new groundbreaking cross-public sector partnership.  More recently she led a team of coaches to deliver resilience and burnout prevention coaching and training in the NHS during the pandemic.

A specialist in resilient leadership, her style combines healthy challenge with a sense of fun and inquisitiveness. Hazel uses an evidence-based approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), within individual and group coaching. Her approach supports leaders to deal more skillfully and flexibly with the challenges they face.  As well as delivering coaching herself she also trains coaches how to use ACT within their coaching practice.

Outside of work she is an impressionist painter, avid reader and loves nothing more than heading to the coast in her campervan.
