Individual Coaching Programme

Working with a coach can be one of the most transformational professional relationships you have. The 3 (intensive sprint), 6 or 12 months coaching plan is there to facilitate impactful change and growth over a significant period of time.

How does it work?

Talking with your coach once a month (or sometimes twice a month depending on your requirements), you will be supported through a programme that promotes resilience, growth and delivers clear progress on your life goals (including getting a better sense of exactly what those are). Coaching is conducted at a time that best suits you, most often on the phone or VC, or in person if possible.

We use a data-led approach. Psychometric data from Strengths Profile (or other personality survey if preferred), interview data from your peers, colleagues and manager/chair, and a full 360 review if required. The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) is a great tool for giving leaders a clear snapshot of where they may be over or under utilising their key strengths - based on online survey data from your colleagues.

The individual programme is designed to work in conjunction with our Coaching Intensive Vision Days, and Strengths Coaching. For the most common package, we start our engagement with a Vision Day - accelerated coaching to super-charge your development - followed by 6 monthly meetings.

In addition, many leaders, having been through the coaching and strengths work themselves, expand the work to include a group Strengths Workshop for their team.
