Strengths Coaching

A strength is more than just something you are good at. An activity you do well, but don’t enjoy is not a strength. And an activity that you love, but don’t do well at cannot be called a strength either. 

A truly powerful strength has a ‘triple-lock’ - something that you perform well at, enjoy, and get to do regularly. Tapping into these strengths - and uncovering your hidden strengths - can be transformative for people and teams. However, it has traditionally been a process of trial and error - trying different jobs and new roles.

Thanks to the recent growth in online psychometric testing it is now much easier to uncover your strengths. We use Strengths Profile - a powerful psychometric tool, developed by CAPP, one of the world leaders in strengths-based assessment. Strengths Profile is an online questionnaire that gives you a unique report revealing your realised and unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses. 

Through the Strengths Profile model, you will learn more about what you (or your team) do well, areas of untapped potential, areas to watch out for, and things to avoid.

It is great for stand-alone individual coaching sessions, and scales to become a highly effective team building and strategy tool. These are designed to work as stand alone sessions, or can be incorporated into a Vision Days or Six-Month Coaching engagements.
