Susannah randall, associate coach
Susannah is a certified coach (Henley Business School) communications consultant and author, specialising in work to support people who want to build their personal effectiveness and influencing skills. She has over 20 years' experience leading, reviewing and developing communications teams, and helping individuals and leadership teams to clarify and reach their goals. As a coach, she works across multiple sectors, including with chief executives, comms directors, team leaders, academics and doctors.
Susannah began her career in corporate PR with board-level roles leading large, award-winning communications teams for the National Patient Safety Agency and the Wellcome Trust. As a communications consultant, she has worked as an adviser for FTSE 100 companies, government, universities and NHS trusts, specialising in reviews of communications and marketing functions and structures. Outside of coaching, Susannah manages a local women’s football team and the diaries of two teenagers.
