Personal Strengths Coaching

A Strengths Profile report gives you a unique insight into where your strengths and weaknesses are - a great learning and growth opportunity.

Following completion of the 20 minute online survey we fully debrief your strengths profile report in a 60 or 90mins one-to-one coaching session. These are designed to work as stand alone sessions, or can be incorporated into a Vision Day or Six-Month Coaching engagement.

Strengths Profile assesses the 60 most common strengths in a general population and maps them across four quadrants (realised strengths, unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses). It does this by measuring performance, energy, and use (sample below).

Working systematically through the report we explore ways to: 

  • Use your realised strengths wisely – dial them up and down according to our context. 

  • Use your unrealised strengths more – find new opportunities to use and share them. 

  • Use your learned behaviours when needed – recognise these don’t give you energy. 

  • Use your weaknesses less – use our strengths to compensate and ask others for support 

We also connect the report to a specific goal - at work, or outside of work - that utilising your strengths will help with. Clients come out of the session with a new understanding of themselves, new perspectives on their current challenges and clear actions to take.
