Franziska is as an ICF-certified coach (PCC), Team Coach (ORSC™) and an experienced workshop designer and facilitator. She combines the experience of 20+ years in international corporate management with transformational coaching & facilitation skills; consulting, designing and leading programs & leadership journeys for organisations worldwide. As an Affiliate Advisor at Aberkyn, McKinsey & Company she works with leaders, their teams and whole organisations to catalyse and sustain their transformations. In addition, Franziska is a faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute, the world’s largest experiential coach training & leadership development organisation.
During her corporate career, Franziska has been in leadership positions in the digital media, banking and tech industry with 15yrs at Microsoft and 5 yrs at Bertelsmann in General Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Strategy and was also a founder of two start-ups.
Franziska lives in Munich with her husband and three sons. She loves connecting and having long conversations with friends, a good laugh, spending time with the family, playing bridge and running with her dog in the woods while listening to podcasts. Franziska is passionate about exercising with Yoga, Pilates, Tennis, Skiing and Running – always curious to try something new.
