Team Strengths Coaching

A half-day team strengths workshop is a great way for the team to get to know each other better, find new ways of working, and tackle team goals.

Following the completion and debrief of their individual profiles, the team meets as a group for a highly interactive and creative half-day strengths session (sample quadrants above). Sessions vary in content, depending on the needs of the team, but can include:

  • Show and Tell - allowing the team to fully understand (maybe for the first time) each other’s strengths, weaknesses and working behaviours.

  • Growth and Challenges - allowing the whole team to see areas of potential growth, and also gaps in their skillset that need addressing.

  • Strengths-Based Action Planning - turning the report into a piece of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis to plan next steps and address key team and organisational goals.

  • Powerful Mission Statements - building upon team strengths and aligning with company/team values to create inspiring and empowering calls to action.

Teams come out of the session feeling energised, connected and highly engaged in the opportunities and challenges ahead. You can read more about the Team Profile report and download a sample here.

“The team strengths building exercise - led by Jim right at the beginning of our company journey - was invaluable for building a high-trust, highly-effective company culture”
