Helen Boardman, associate coach
Helen is a certified personal and business coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and highly experienced employee experience consultant. She coaches Executives and up-and-coming leaders alike, working in sectors as diverse as biotech, software and data, engineering, philanthropy and healthcare.
Prior to coaching and consulting, Helen spent 12 years working at global technology manufacturer Dyson, in the UK and US. As Global Head of Communications, she developed Dyson’s global communications strategy and led diverse and international communications teams. She advised and coached Sir James and multiple CEOs for press launches and crisis communications. As Global Head of People Experience, she developed Dyson’s first People Experience strategy and team, and redesigned and launched Dyson’s company values with James and Jake Dyson. And as Global Head of the James Dyson Foundation, she oversaw the growth of Sir James’ international education charity, inspiring more young people to choose careers in engineering, in the US, UK, Asia and Europe.
Outside of coaching and consulting, she is a voracious reader and podcast listener, and a governor at her local school.
