Laura spent 18 years in Communications at Google in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific and later as Head of L&D for the Comms team in APAC & EMEA. She combines expertise in communication with deep executive coaching and believes that the greatest leaders understand and can harness the power of words and stories to motivate, influence and inspire people to act. Laura brings a passion and understanding of working across cultures, which enables her clients to thrive, both within their cultural context and within global corporations.
Laura has implemented and rolled out many team development programs including ‘SpeakUp’, where she personally trained 500+ senior leaders across the globe in how to become better public speakers, communicators and crisis managers. Her Powerful Presence workshop consistently received scores of 4.9/5 and her Your Story workshop never fails to be an emotional rollercoaster.
Outside of coaching, Laura is a committed cake baker, an average cyclist, an extremely fast walker, and obsessed with the culinary opportunities for cauliflower.
