Stephanie coaches high-growth startup executives and their leadership teams. Her work draws from her career in Silicon Valley, where she scaled early sales and operations for HotelTonight (Airbnb), developed the engineering organisation at Pure Storage, and led People and Places through hyper-growth at Vida Health. She also helped Kim Scott build and deliver the Radical Candor trainings now ubiquitous with feedback.
Stephanie specialises in coaching executives from Seed Stage to Series D, from the Bay Area to Sydney. Her clients come from companies like Google X, Asana, Loft Orbital, NEAR Foundation, Airtree VC and more.
She lives in San Francisco with her long haired dachshund Waldorf and her fiancé Ryan. She spends her free time organizing San Francisco’s TED AI conference or playing in the outdoors exploring the wilderness of Mount Shasta.
